RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns 

Items that are unworn with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair or deodorant marks are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt. You have approximately 7 days to ship your return back to us.  Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition received outside of the designated time frame  are non returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 

Non Returnable Items 

Items discounted at 25% or more are FINAL SALE and non returnable, no exceptions. Additional Non returnable items include: Markdown Items, Clearance or Sale items, Food, Grab Bag Items, Mystery Items, Facebook Giveaway Items, Doorbusters, Gift Cards, Jewelry, Home Decor, Hats, Accessories, Bags, Undergarments and Swimwear. You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
 

Order Errors or Damaged Items

Upon receiving your item, please inspect your items for any damage or flaws. Should your item be in less than perfect condition, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 3 days from the day the order was marked delivered to report it as being damaged.  We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 3 day period for return. No exceptions.


Exchanges

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds. 

Additional Notes

All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number.

Please include all original packaging, as well as a slip of paper with your order number, shipping address, email address and phone number and your reason for return. (fit, color, damaged etc)

Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Inspired by Justeen. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx and tracking will be provided via email once your order is ready for shipment. Shipping speed is dependent upon the carrier's current workload. 


Shipping is a flat rate of $8.75 to any destination in the US. 

We do not ship overseas, sorry mates!

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available to those who live near our storefront in Chicago, IL. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has been packaged and is ready for pickup.
